Best course I played this summer?

The best overall course has to be Waterfall Club. Just an unbelievable experience.

The best public course was Chimney Oaks. Which is why I'm hosting my first every ATL Golfs trip there. BTW - we do have a couple extra spots left. Hit me up if you'd like to learn more.

Courses Reviewed

April

Chimney Oaks GC: A course worth driving to Homer for. Find out why.

Coweta Club: We went in expecting the worst... but were pleasently surprised.

Planterra Club: Low key one of the most scenic layouts around... but the steep guest rate puts a damper on it.

May

Sugar Hill GC: Tends to be a love it or hate it course for locals. Overall, we enjoyed it, but there's definitely some room for improvement.

*We reviewed East Lake, but were forced to take it down :(

June

City Club Marietta: Can be love/hate depending on how much quirk you enjoy from a course.

Candler Park: It's only $11... is it possible something isn't worth even that?

Sun City Peachtree: Used to be totally private, but they've opened up public tee times on Saturday. Is it worth the drive to Griffin? (spoiler alert - YES!)

July

Waterfall Club: One of the most exclusive tee times in the state, and boy does it live up to expectations. Come for the review, stay for the pictures

Echelon Golf Club: Usually a course I can count on for a top-tier experience, but this time out left much to be desired considering the price point.

August

Country Club of Gwinnett: One of my favorite back 9s I've played in local public golf.
